TeamScore began when founder Bill Gosse, a lifelong sports enthusiast, grew concerned about the declining sportsmanship culture in youth athletics. Drawing on his experiences as a player, coach, official, and parent, Bill created TeamScore to teach Christ-centered principles and reshape the culture around children’s sporting experiences. His writings, speaking, and community outreach aim to return joy, respect, and character to youth sports.
