Founded In 1977

Unity Hospice has a history of innovation: as the first hospice in Wisconsin and the third in the nation, they have provided high-quality compassionate care for over 46 years. Their programs expanded to include Wisconsin’s first palliative care program (2002), the area’s first hospice residence (2007) and the region’s only Grief and Education Center (2021).
